Tucked on a quiet dead-end street and just a short walk to downtown, guests enjoy the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings and easy access to local tasting rooms, restaurants, the farmers market, and Templeton’s charming park—while still being minutes from Paso Robles and Atascadero wine-country adventures. 🏡 The Space Sleep: Forest & Vine comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms: • Primary Suite: King bed with TV and en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower; direct access to the backyard • Guest Bedroom #1: King bed, TV, plus two twin floor mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements. • Guest Bedroom #2: Two queen beds, ideal for kids or larger groups. Maximum occupancy for the property is 8 guests. Gather & Relax: The living room features a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a large, comfortable sofa—perfect for movie nights, conversation, or relaxing by the fire. A separate dining area seats eight and flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating an easy space for gathering and shared meals. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are also available for little ones. Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, warm wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range), and a breakfast bar—ideal for everything from casual mornings to group dinners. Indoor Comfort: Enjoy central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV for year-round comfort. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays easy and convenient. Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit is required per stay to cover incidentals. Shared Property: Owners live on-site in a separate residence, and there is another detached rental unit on the property. Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. $100 per pet (non-refundable, per week or portion of a week). Please provide your dog’s name, breed, and weight at booking. Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and should be respectful of furniture and space. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please move all activity indoors after this time. Property Note: Garage is shared with cleaners for the tiny home (accessed from the outside only; feel free to lock the interior door for privacy). Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your stay. 🔒 Security & House Notes • 4 outdoor security cameras around the main house: front driveway, back gate, garage/front entry, and doorbell cam • 1 camera at the tiny home entryway (for safety only) • No tampering with camera systems—this will result in immediate eviction without refund 🌟 Guest Perks Program Enjoy exclusive perks through Templeton Vacation Rentals, including discounts at local wineries, dining, tours, and experiences. Details and codes are provided prior to your stay so you can plan the perfect visit. There are four (4) security cameras on the outside perimeter of the house that are recording both audio and video 24/7. Two in the front, one in the back, and a ring doorbell. Tampering with the camera system in any way is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Our cleaners may periodically enter the garage from the outside door to do laundry for the cottage unit. They do not enter the home and you are free to lock the door between the home and the garage if you wish. *Access code and other important entry instructions will be sent to you on the day before your check in via the booking app and in an email. *This home does not allow for EV car charging and does not have an EV Charger, please make other offsite plans for charging your electric vehicle if staying at this home. We are not responsible for any electrical issues you may encounter if you overload the older electrical system of this home by plugging in a vehicle

We stayed here to relax and get away from the city and it was a cute little home with a great outdoor patio to hang out in. Eva was really responsive with everything and even let us extend our check out time. The check out instructions were clear too. The only thing that didn't match the description was the bed situation. Instead of having a bunk with a king bed in a room, it was a full or queen sized bunk which fit the same number of people.

This house was perfect for our stay! We attended a wedding in Atascadero and this house was in an ideal location. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and big for the dogs we brought. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were always quick with a reply. The cleaning rules at the end are pretty extensive but it makes for a nice stay for the guests. We had an awesome time!
